The Wildwood Surgical Center provides cost-effective outpatient services using modern, state-of-the-art technology in a friendly and caring environment by highly skilled, compassionate staff serving Toledo and the surrounding communities.

Objectives

· To provide facilities that are equipped and operated for the purpose of performing surgical procedures of high quality in an outpatient setting.

· To provide continuous physician services and Registered professional nursing services whenever the patient is in the facility.

· To facilitate all necessary medication administration as needed for surgical procedures.

· To provide physical and emotional well-being of patients.

· To provide emergency care as needed.

· To provide an organized administrative structure with appropriate administrative statistical and medical records.

· To provide ongoing in-service education and instruction to all professional nursing personnel and allied health care professionals.

· To provide a continuous infection control program.

· To provide an ongoing Quality Improvement Program
